Sloan G2 8186-1 Optima Plus Urinal Flushometer

Sloan's G2 Optima Plus urinal flushometer model is designed to function with battery power and sensors, suitable for both left and right hand supply for 3/4" top spud urinals. This model features a low consumption flush cycle of 1.0 gpf/3.8 Lpf, a PERMEX synthetic rubber diaphragm with dual filtered fixed bypass, and a flex tube diaphragm designed for improved life and reduced maintenance.

The OPTIMA Plus Battery Powered Infrared Sensor is ADA compliant, providing automatic "No Hands" operation. The infrared sensor boasts multiple-focused, lobular sensing fields for high and low target detection, and a latching solenoid operator. The flushometer also includes a courtesy flush override button and comes with (4) size AA batteries factory installed, along with a "low battery" flashing LED.

The infrared sensor range is adjustable, and the flushometer features an initial set-up range indicator light for the first 10 minutes of use. Other notable features include a 3/4" I.P.S. screwdriver bak-chek angle stop, a free spinning, vandal resistant stop cap, and an adjustable tailpiece. The flush connection includes a high black pressure vacuum breaker with a one-piece bottom hex coupling nut, as well as a spud coupling and flange for 3/4" top spud urinals.

The flushometer also includes a sweat solder adapter with cover tube and case wall flange with set screw. Additionally, the high copper, low zinc brass castings provide dezincification resistance, and the fixed metering bypass and lack of external volume adjustment ensure water conservation. Flush accuracy is controlled by CID technology, and the diaphragm, stop seat, and vacuum breaker are all molded from PERMEX rubber compound for chloramine resistance.
